My client had a 1 piece Fiberglass tub and surround that was generic and plain. In addition, she had trouble stepping over the tub due to health issues. A new shower stall, custom tile, grab bar and seat were installed. The vanity was built from 3 stock units into a custom configuration. I can provide assistance with designing your vanity, or work with the design you come up with. My client describes her new bath as... feeling like a spa.

Replacing Luan doors
A popular and relatively inexpensive way to update an older home is to replace older solid panel luan doors with more contemporary 6 panel doors. The 1st picture shows the old side by side with the new. Both doors were eventually replaced. New doors and a little paint gave the home greatly increased charm.
Living room remodel
The living room was dated and everything was improperly installed. The electrical outlets were taped to the paneling and were a real hazard. The stair railing literally came off with one tug. No tools required! After fitting a proper rail, attaching the outlets to the wall in a safe and correct fashion, and repairing the walls, I added crown molding to give a little pizzazz to the room. A little paint and the room was transformed.
Deck build
My customer had a small landing area with no seating. I built the deck to fit within the confines of a small yard, and gave his family a nice low maintenance simple deck with pressure treated joists and PVC decking.
Ceramic and Marble
A few shots of various ceramic and marble tile work that I have done in the South Shore. In the 2nd picture, the Victorian styled bath, I also installed the bead board, painted the room, and updated the plumbing.
Built ins
My customer wanted to remove an old TV cabinet and install a built in bookcase. I located the plasma TV to another wall and installed all the electronics. The 3rd picture is for a bedroom with a cabinet that was designed to compliment the Georgian Colonial architecture.
Condominium kitchen
This kitchen was remodeled in a Boston condominium that had walls made of concrete block and could not be relocated. I had to work within the area of the original floor plan, but added as many cabinets as would fit in an effort to increase storage. Since there was little natural light, I suggested white cabinets and light pastel color for the wall.
Cabinet Refacing
If your old kitchen cabinets are in good shape, but you want a new look, or do not want the expense of all new cabinets, I can reface your old cabinets and make them look new again. I also tiled the floor in this project and installed the dishwasher.
window replacement
Replacement windows that included reshingling. Not visible in this picture is the sill beam that had to be replaced due to long term exposure to water from the leaking windows
Budget kitchen remodel
This kitchen was done for a real estate agent for a condominium project. The goal was to create a bright open feel, with modern amenities and low upkeep while being sensitive to cost constraints. Due to limited space, I created a built in breakfast nook eating area, using white bead board to complement the cabinetry. This also kept costs down since the plastered walls were in poor shape and would otherwise have required complete demolition.
